A new info panel accessible from every dashboard — tap the ⓘ button next to the co-owner avatars in the property header. Shows address, WiFi network and password, access and gate codes, trash pickup day, parking instructions, and general notes. Only filled fields are shown — nothing blank. Property owners can edit directly from the panel. Co-owners get a clean read-only view. Also added as an optional section in the property setup flow so you can fill it in from day one.

New categories include Deli & Refrigerated, Condiments & Sauces, Dairy & Eggs, Cleaning & Laundry, Outdoor & Recreation, and more. Existing items were automatically mapped to the closest new category so nothing was lost.
